ProAerialVideo is now the largest on-line resource for collecting, cataloguing, displaying and selling stock aerial video footage. The site specializes in site-specific imagery with a emphasis on city skylines, recognizable landmarks and landscapes around the globe.

ProAerialVideo is the project of aerial videographers, Julie and Pat Belanger. They are also members of the Professional Aerial Photographers Association International (PAPA), Julie is now a Director of PAPA and recently served as the association's President for the past four years. This association allowed the Belangers to develop close relationships with colleagues around the globe who have found ProAerialVideo to be the ideal site for displaying and marketing their own stock footage to buyers.

Julie Belanger comes from a flying background. Her family owned the famous Flying Lady Restaurant in Morgan Hill, CA once the world's largest restaurant seating more than 2000 guests on three levels. The aviation themed restaurant was named after Julie's mother, a pilot and held seven full-sized antique aircraft hanging from the ceiling while more than 100 scale model airplanes "flew" over the heads of the diners on a moving track. Her family also collected antique aircraft including a rare 1929 Ford Tri-Motor.

Pat Belanger is an experienced pilot with more than 13,000 hours of flight time. He proudly looks back on his career as an F-16 pilot with the Air National Guard and also as an airline pilot with US Airways. He is happiest when he flies his own airplane or when flying helicopters.

The Belangers make their home in Morgan Hill, California which is located in the famed Silicon Valley about 60 miles south of San Francisco.
